Unit 1420 is Fully Furnished and Direct Oceanfront located in Phase 2 (The Main Bldg in the middle) and is the largest one bedroom floor-plan featuring an entry foyer (meaning you don’t walk thru a bedroom upon entering the condo). This unit has 657 heated square feet and a 70’ private Balcony. It is classified as an Oceanfront 1-Bedroom Double Suite Deluxe and will sleep 8 people. HOA fees are very affordable and include the interior electric, cable, water/sewer, and internet. The building insurance is billed separately in 4 installments and the owner’s carry their own HO6 (Interior Policy.)
